Real Results
Youth swimmers:
Most learned to swim in one summer and continued at Claude Moore or Dulles South Rec Center pools. Many advanced to summer or year-round swim teams.
Adult swimmers:
Many arrived fearful and unable to leave the wall. By summer’s end, they built confidence, swam independently, and continued swimming for fitness—or simply gained a life-changing skill they never thought possible.

All stroke development sessions are held in small groups of six or fewer swimmers at Claude Moore Recreation Center in Sterling, VA, Dulles South Recreation Center in South Riding, VA or Ashburn Recreation Center in Ashburn, VA.
At NoVa Sports Coach, we offer highly trained coaches and we are confident in our value and effectiveness with small group training. If your child doesn’t know how to swim or can’t swim independently, they should enroll in our summer learn to swim program first.

" Coach Tracy is an amazing and very knowledgeable coach. She turns her knowledge of swimming to Magic of Coaching. She is fun and really understands how to help the kids gain their confidence. My daughter was struggling with technique and started taking private lessons with Coach Tracy. After two lessons, my daughter is hungry for more steps to learn. She didn't like butterfly stroke but now she has grown to love it! Thank you Coach Tracy for teaching and coaching my daughter to gain confidence and believe in herself. What YOU DID with her is Billions!!!
I will not hesitate to highly recommend Coach Tracy to anyone."
